The National Goalie War Association (NGWA) would like to help promote your camp(s) in 2009 through our NGWA Camp Sponsorship Program.
The program was designed to create additional exposure for your camp(s) and the sport of Goalie Wars® and to increase camp attendance.
If you’re like most goalkeeper camps, you probably end your camp with a fun game of Goalie Wars® . It’s no doubt, the most anticipated and exciting event of the week for goalkeepers.
The NGWA has designed a program that builds on the excitement created at camp to give goalkeepers an opportunity to compete for a National Goalie War Championship title.
The way the program works is simple . . . you present a Goalie War® tournament, during your camp, in accordance with the 2009/2010 IGWF Rules of Engagement and we’ll provide your campers with the following:
- A welcome letter, tournament registration packet and Rules of Engagement handbook.
- Award certificates for all Goalie War® champions and finalists.
- Opportunity to qualify and compete at the 2009 National Goalie War Championships.
- Opportunity to become a nationally ranked Goalie War® competitor.
- Press release announcing the tournament scores, statistics and champions.
What’s in it for me you ask…?
- We’ll provide your company with the rights to present an NGWA sanctioned Goalie War® tournament that will add value to your camp and help drive in additional business.
- We’ll advertise your camp(s) online and via email blasts to our extensive international membership base.
- We’ll schedule your tournament and provide the training and equipment necessary to officiate the games.
- We’ll provide your camp with national exposure via our web site and national championship event.
- We’ll make a $500.00 donation to your company for every player, from your camp(s), who qualifies, participates and wins their age/gender division at the 2009 National Goalie War Championships.
That’s right, with 20 age/gender divisions, you can earn up to $10,000 of extra income and the best part is that there is NO COST to participate in the program. OK, what’s in it for us you ask . . .? The NGWA simply gets more goalkeepers playing the sport of Goalie Wars® and qualifying to compete at the National Goalie War Championships.
To apply for the 2009 NGWA Camp Sponsorship Program, simply complete and submit an online application. Upon receipt and review of your application, a representative will contact you to answer any questions you may have before entering into a sponsorship agreement.
