Are you a coach, trainer or business owner that’s in need of a financial grant for your team, school, camp or business? Or maybe you just want to prove that you and your players are the best Goalie War competitors in the country. Well, you’re in luck because the NGWA is giving away up to $25,000 to the sponsor(s) who supports the winning player and/or team at the 2008 National Goalie War Championships.
Participating sponsors will be given the opportunity to sponsor a player or a team of players to participate in the 2008 National Goalie War Championship Tour. For every player sponsored, the NGWA will donate $1,000 to the participating sponsor if that player wins the 2008 National Goalie War Championships in his/her age division. Plus, if a team is sponsored, comprised of players in every age/gender division (15) and they all go on to win the national championship in their respective divisions, the NGWA will donate $25,000 to the team’s sponsor.
All camps, clubs, schools, teams, companies, coaches and trainers are eligible to participate.
No, to be eligible for a sponsor award from NGWA, you must register as a sponsor for the player(s) before the player competes in one of our 2008 local or regional events.
Participating sponsors also receive the following benefits:
- On site exposure at all NGWA events where there player’s are participating.
- Free on-line advertising at www.goaliewar.com
- PA announcements at the event.
- Press releases and other media coverage of the event.
$0 That’s right, you can sponsor as many players as you want for FREE.
Simple, just complete and submit the Player Sponsor Form and support your player(s). If your player(s) acknowledge your sponsorship by identifying you as a sponsor in a NGWA Sponsorship Agreement and they go on to win the 2008 National Goalie War Championships, you will be eligible to receive a check for up to $25,000 from the NGWA based upon certain player participation thresholds set forth in the NGWA Sponsorship Agreement and summarized below.
In order for sponsor awards to be made by the NGWA, the NGWA must hold a national championship tournament in the age and gender division of the player being sponsored and there must be at least twelve (12) players registered and competing in that age and gender division at that national championship tournament. No contractual relationship is created between a sponsor and the NGWA.
