          > Cannon Competition Rules

The “Cannon” is a ball-throwing machine that propels balls at speeds up to 100 mph. These soccer ball cannons can also control the direction of the balls along with curves and risers. Each player will be allowed three warm-up shots before the competition begins.

The Cannon will shoot 10 balls at each player. Speed varies by age and gender division. Each save is worth 1 point for a total possible score of 10 points. All shots that hit the cross bar or goal posts are considered saves. Should the cannon fail to shoot any one of the 10 balls on goal, the player will receive additional balls (i.e. alibis). For example, if 2 out of 10 shots go wide, the Cannon will shoot two additional balls at the player.
